This option is considered the most formal style of dinner reception. Each plate served individually characterizes the seated dinner. This option often has the most elaborate presentation and wow factor.
A buffet is a more relaxed approach to your dinner reception. A buffet offers your guests a greater variety in food selection and a chance to socialize at the buffet tables.
Family style dining is a more formal style than the buffet presentation without compromising the wow factor. It also offers your guests a larger variety, stimulates conversation and interaction.
An important aspect to keep in mind is a your guests’ palate. When choosing your dishes, try to make selections that will please many of your guests, you want this day to be memorable for everybody.
